Hello everyone, I’m renting a room from JULY till September 1st in a house that is situated in Sighthill. You would be living with 3 students - 2 guys and a girl, so it’s preferred that the tenant would be a girl (but guys are welcome too). The tenant should also be a student as to avoid council tax. The house has conveniences such as TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, pool table etc. The rent is 210 pounds per month + bills which come around to 15-20 pounds per month in the summer.
