I am renting 2 separate single bedrooms, available to move in ASAP, long term and short term negotiable. £85 per week and £85 deposit (including Internet and council tax), gas and electricity not included as it is pay as you go (would be roughly £5 each, per week) I am a female in my early 20’s, very chilled out and easy going, tidy and respectful of those around me. I like to keep my home clean and just tidy as I go. Ideally I would prefer to share with two awesome, friendly females who ideally would be full time students or working full time. Your room has a double bed, cosy new mattress and a pillow, duvet, decent size wardrobe (+ hangers), floor lap and a nightstand. You’re more than welcome to move the furniture around as you like to make it comfortable for yourself. Shared kitchen and shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need, from pans to plates, forks, knifes, cups, kettle, microwave etc. A large American style fridge freezer to share, newly installed cooker, washing machine. You will also have your own cupboards in the kitchen for storage. Ironing board and an iron is available for use too. Napier University and Stevenson College is roughly 15 min walking, easy access to the bus stop as it’s just outside the building. Local buses are 3, 21, 18, 32, 20, 30 and it takes roughly 35 minutes to city center. Local shops, Odeon cinema and the gym are only 5 min walking distance from home.
