Motorbike repair project in Edinburgh, Midlothian for sale

Hi I am looking for someone to assess and hopefully then carry out repairs necessary to have my CBR 125 back up and running. I have not used the bike for several years due to my circumstances and practicalities, it has been kept at my address largely uncovered and following unsuccessful attempted thefts the main electrical cables were all cut to ignition / starter. I am unsure it can be given new life with an overhaul and replacing of parts but keen to find out and, cost and extent of work dependant, have someone carry out work on it. I would pay for any parts required, negotiable labour rate / pay, assist if able to, be happy to have work done at my address or have it taken to a workshop. It is not urgent and time can be taken as this will be more of a project for someone who knows what they're doing and wants a bike to tinker with. Note it is my intention that should repair be possible and costed reasonably I will retain the bike for myself and am not selling or getting rid of the bike.
