The apartment comprises of a spacious living room with a 4 seater sofa and armchair, furnished with a coffee table, TV unit with 32 inch HD TV with Freesat and sideboard. There is also a dining area to the rear of the livingroom which seats four people. The lounge is to the front of the property, looking out over the development and towards the mature trees. Off the lounge is a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric fan oven with gas hob and a washing machine. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes and a smaller second bedroom, which has a single bed, bedside cabinet and a built in wardrobe. There is a modern bathroom with a deep bath and an overhead electric shower. The bathroom is not internal and benefits from a window for ventilation and natural light. The apartment has gas central heating and is carpeted throughout with flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. To the rear there is a communal garden with a drying area and to the front, leafy grassy areas to relax in if the weather is good! The apartment benefits from free off-street unrestricted residents parking, ideal if you plan to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area by car. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time to stay - everyone has different needs whether you are on holiday, moving house, performing in a show. We are open to all offers! Bookings are taken direct and you pay no fees if you reside in the UK and pay by either bank transfer or PayPal. We will also take a £50 deposit at time of booking (to cover any damage or loss of keys) with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Off peak rates are £69/night or £450/week. Peak rates are during August, Christmas and New Year and when other major events are taking place.
