1996 Mazda Bongo Friendee 2.5l in Edinburgh, Midlothian for sale

Hi, I am selling my Mazda Bongo Friendee 2.5L due to not having the required time to spend on it to do it up due to a change in employment. The van runs like a dream, and is mechanically brilliant however, as with all Bongos of this age, the body work now needs some attention. I have had this all over Scotland and the Hebrides this year and only issue i had was to top up the oil. The back wheel arches are badly rusting and starting to crumble, the front wheel arches are just starting to bubble. The underneath and sills have been welded previously so nothing further should need done here for at least a few years. Recently the alternator has blown, and can be replaced or reconditioned from £65 up to £149 for a new alternator. This would make a great van for anyone who would like a project and can fix up the body work. This van is MOT'd until late May 2014, Van is declared Sorn. The van will come with an electric cool box and awning worth an additional £400. The van also has the lifting AFT roof (fully working and water tight) ****Please note, this van is not a converted camper, its the minibus style with the AFT roof. There is no stove, sink, etc **** I have taken into account all the work and the alternator issue whilst pricing this vehicle, therefore, price is non-negotiable.
