I am in the process of saving up to goto Thailand therefore, I am letting my exceptionally large room out while, I sleep of the sofa (I done this often anyway). This is a short term let (3/4 months) with the possibility of you staying longer. I have 2 cats therefore, you have to like cats its non negotiable. They will run into your room (when you open the door) in the morning to say hello and they will be excited to see you when you come home. One of them, spends lots of time sitting on the desk in your room just gazing out the window. Granted if your busy and want space it's your room and you can chase her out but I'd really appreciate someone allowing her to do that every once in a while. The other prefers to relax in the hallway. The flat is a large one bedroom with a separate kitchen and good storage. It is tastefully decorated and my previous flatmate said it was by far the nicest property she had viewed. You are central to everything and can hang your head out the window and watch the fireworks. It's a fab location and such a nice place to stay. All bills are included combined with internet and such. A deposit of £350 is required along with the first months rent. I appreciate it is a lot of cash to part with so I am happy to accommodate for the right person. Onto me: I am female and a spiritual person, I love meditating and you may hear me on occasion lying in the bath doing chakra mantras. I'm currently, writing a book so I spend a lot of time on that. I love music and a clean house and I'm involved in various things at the moment as I am setting up my own business. On to you, you will speak conversational english and be looking for a home. You will enjoy having a yap with me and won't live in your room. I'd also prefer a female. And I'm not looking for a party animal but someone who is up for doing things on occasion would be nice. I WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THE ROOM OUT TO COUPLES OR FRIENDS SHARING Please Note: Room is available and ready to move into but I am willing to accept Feb move in for the correct person. £400 pcm inclusive of bills.
