Great room in a top floor flat in the New Town with two others, a creative professional male, early 40's busy running a small company from home and a Nepalese engineer in his early thirties. We are looking to rent the room as soon as possible and for at least six months, not less. Room is very quiet, has lots of light with views to the gardens at the back of the house and views to Fife from the front. large double bed, compter desk, lots of shelves and storage. Flat has tons of light, well equipped kitchen with Gas cooker, big fish tank and many large plants. Fantastic power shower and separate toilet. A fast wireless internet connection is included in the rent. The Broughton Street area is a lovely community with lots of great cafes, delis, cool bars, galleries and funky little shops, five minutes from Princes Street and close to many bicycle paths away from the traffic. We are clean, tidy and spend a lot of time cooking and want to find someone sociable, responsible and willing to share in the running of the house. I don't own or profit from this flat but I do take all the responsibility for the running of it, all bills are direct debit from my account. Im happy to do this only if I get help with cleaning, recycling and prompt payment of all bills, if not I will charge the deposit. Rent £400 plus one month deposit to move in. Gas and Electricity are about £40 per person per month. Both Council Tax and Cable Internet are included in the rent.
