Possibly someone who is working at the Fringe or looking for a base in Edinburgh from which to explore the sights and enjoy the festival. The flat has two bedrooms and you would be sharing with a female (40's). The rent is £300 per week and includes bills. It has all the usual mod cons and is available from 1st until 31 August only. The room has a double bed, wifi and a desk so would be ideal for someone who needs a quiet space to retreat to!
