The price of the room is £450 pcm and this is payable up-front (date on each month is negotiable) this includes the room, council tax, tv licence, Virgin tv, wifi access, gas and electricity and use of all facilities within the house (cooker, tumble drier, shower, TV in shared living room) I am not looking for a deposit for this room but I am looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
