Taoist Healing Session for Men in Edinburgh, Midlothian

In these sessions we work with a number of techniques specifically designed to help men to open up and improve the circulation of Ching throughout the body and organs. What is powerful is the holistic nature that includes the psychology, the emotions, sexuality and understanding – a space is held for the whole of the being to be included and so much deeper and hidden places of holding back from life are included with acceptance so they can also integrate. The Taoist techniques that are taught in the sessions give benefit through cultivating, harmonizing and maintain Ching through out the body which is vital for the function and health of the internal organs, psychological well being, youthfulness and alignment to one’s purpose. Yoga massage which opens up the body using ayurvedic herbs and oil, breath, and assisted stretches provides deep relaxation and a foundation for the Taoist exercises and movement of Ching. A preliminary assessment questionnaire and discussion are used to help ascertain your individual needs and the following techniques may also be included as is appropriate: Bio-energetics – helping to remove stuck patterns and express deeper needs. Body De-armoring – slowly feeling and unwinding places of protection or which have frozen and are no longer serving you. Hypnagogic repatterning techniques – to help choose beliefs and ways of being that are most beneficial to you and weakening the influence of conditioning that prevents you from loving yourself fully. Energetic healing techniques – which work on the more subtle energies in our bodies and create a deep sense of well being. The session is undraped in a warm and relaxed environment, a shower and clean towels will be provided beforehand (and after if desired). Please note that although I use techniques to help unblock and create healthy flow of sexual energy in these sessions this is definitely NOT a sexual service and you would be better looking elsewhere if this is what you are really wanting. Price £80 per hour (1.5 hours minimum – 2 hours recommended).
